Dimanche dernier c'était la 5^e édition de Przetwory, ce marché alternatif
qui propose des articles inédits réalisés avec des matériaux de récup.
Last sunday it was the 5th edition of Przetwory, this alternative market
which proposed original articles made from salvaged materials.

Every summer we have a tradition :
we share a delicious paëlla cooked by my father,
he learnt the recipe from his father who was born in Spain.
Chaque été nous avons une tradition :
nous partageons une délicieuse paella au feu de bois préparée par mon père,
il a appris la recette de son père, qui était né en Espagne.

Many times I observed my grand father, then my father, while they prepared it
and hopefully I will be able to cook it for my kids ...
De nombreuses fois j'ai observé mon grand-père, puis mon père, la préparer
et j'espère un jour être capable de la cuisiner pour mes enfants ...

et pour ceux qui habitent à Varsovie, ce dimanche 12 décembre est organisé un marché de Noël avec des artisans de toute la Pologne, horaire : 10h - 17h, ul. Kredytowa 1.
and for those who live in Warsaw, on sunday 12th december is organized a Xmas bazar with craftsmen from all over Poland, timing : 10h - 17h, ul. Kredytowa 1.

Jane's corner view - Improvising

"Improvising" an easy and delicious dessert ...
"Improvisant" un dessert simple et délicieux ...

The recipe (for around 35 chocolate truffes):
Melt in a bain-marie 125 grs of dark chocolate.
Add 60 grs of butter, 1 table spoon of icing sugar, 1 table spoon of Rhum and 1 egg yolk.
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator.
After 1 hour make small balls by rolling them in the hollow of the hand.
Then roll them in some bitter cocoa or hazelnut powder or coconut powder.
It is ready, enjoy it !!
La recette (pour environ 35 truffes au chocolat ):
Faire fondre au bain-marie 125 grs de chocolat noir.
Ajouter 60 grs de beurre, 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre glace, 1 cuillère à soupe de Rhum et 1 jaune d'oeuf.
Mettre le mélange au réfrigérateur pour qu'il durcisse.
Après 1 heure le sortir et former de petites boules en les roulant au creux de la main.
Les rouler ensuite dans le cacao amer ou la poudre de noisette ou encore de la poudre de noix de coco.
C'est prêt !!
