150 grs of green olive (stoned) - olives vertes dénoyautées
100 grs of black olive (stoned) - olives noires dénoyautées
100 grs of sundried tomatoes - tomates séchées et confites
80 grs of grated parmesan - parmesan rapé
200 grs of flour - farine
10 cl of olive oil - huile d'olive
10 cl of milk - lait
4 eggs - oeufs
1 tea spoon of mixed herbs - 1 c à café d'herbes de Provence
1 packet of baking powder - 1 sachet de levure chimique
Mix the eggs with the whip then add the olive oil, the milk, the mixed herbs, the flour and the
baking powder. Add some pepper then the grated parmesan, the black and green olives and the
sundried tomatoes (cut in small piece). Pour the dough into a loaf pan (optional : you can add
some pine nuts on top). Put it in the oven (200°C - Th 6) for around 40 min (cover it with
aluminium foil when it is golden color so it does not burn on top). Serve it with a salad or cut it in
small cubes for snacks.
