This week, "Home" is the subject of the Jane's corner view.

We know that every 2 to 4 years we have to move to a new home,
to discover a new country, a new city.
An enriching but sometimes heart-rending experience.
"Maison" est le sujet du corner view de Jane pour cette semaine .
Nous savons que tous les 2 à 4 ans nous devons changer de maison,
partir à la découverte d'un nouveau pays, d'une nouvelle ville.
Une expérience à la fois enrichissante mais parfois déchirante.

in english (for 1 person) :
1 egg
5 cl of milk
5 cl of cream
5 cherry tomatoes
50 grs of salmon crumbs
cive

Butter the mould. Put the crumbs of salmon and the cherry tomatoes.
Beat the egg with the milk + the cream + the chiselled cive + salt/pepper and pour the mixture on the tomatoes.
Cook for 20 to 25 min Th 6/7.
