This week the Jane's corner view is about "work & play".

Twice a month I work for lepetitjournal.com, a French online newspaper.
They have offices all over the world and one edition in Poland.
For them I explore Warsaw, meet great people and share good places.
This city is full of little treasures and worth a visit,
come and have a look ...

Cette semaine le corner view de Jane est sur "travaille & joue".
Deux fois par mois je travaille pour lepetitjournal.com, un journal en ligne français.
Ils ont des bureaux un peu partout dans le monde et une édition en Pologne.
Pour eux j'explore Varsovie, fait de belles rencontres et partage de bonnes adresses.

Cette ville est pleine de petits trésors et vaut le détour,
venez et jetez un coup d'oeil ...

This week the Jane's corner view is about "self portrait".

Cette semaine le corner view de Jane est sur "l'auto portrait".

Fiche cuisine n°17

in english

1 cauliflower (around 450 grs)
50 grs of raisins
50 grs of pine nuts
1 egg
1 table spoon of French mustard
15 cl of olive oil
1 table spoons of plain yogurth + 1 table spoon of sour cream
few stalks of dill
2 fresh onions
a little bit of curcuma powder

Put the raisins in tepid water. Grill the pine nuts in a pan.
Wash the cauliflower and then grat it with a big hole grater.
Chisel the dill finely and cut the onions in very small pieces.
Prepare the mayonaise with the egg yolk, the mustard and the olive oil then add the cottage cheese.
Mix all the ingredients together, add salt/pepper and curcuma and keep it in the fridge till you serve it.
