Jane's corner view - typical family dinner

This week the Jane's corner view is about a "typical family dinner".

Cette semaine le corner view de Jane est sur un "diner de famille typique".
Here are 3 very easy recipes for a simple dinner ...
Voici 3 recettes très faciles pour un diner tout simple ...
for 8 persons : 2 kgs of tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 small red capsicum, 1 small cucumber, 10 cl of olive oil, 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar, salt/pepper.
Cut all the vegetables in small pieces then add the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar. Mix it then put it through a sieve. Add salt and pepper. Keep it in the fridge and serve it cool.

150 grs of flour, 1 sachet of baking powder, 5 cl of sunflower oil, 3 eggs, 12 cl of milk, 100 grs of grated cheese, 100 grs of smoked salmon, 10 stalks of cive.
Mix the eggs with the flour and the baking powder. Add salt and pepper then the oil, the tepid milk, the grated cheese, the salmon and the chiselled cive. Pour it in the mould and cook it for 45 min at 220°C. Serve it warm or cold.


For 12 financiers : 140 grs of icing sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 80 grs of almond powder, 50 grs of flour, 150 grs of butter, 4 egg whites, 12 big raspberries.
Melt the butter till it get a nice golden color. Mix the icing sugar, the vanilla sugar, the flour and the almond powder. Then add the egg whites and the tepid butter. Pour the paste in small paper cases then add 1 raspberry. Cook for 15 min at 200°C till the little cakes get a nice golden color.
