I love your photographs. I have some beautiful salts from the same region, one in palest pink (flavoured with Hibiscus) and one green (flavoured with herbs). They look too pretty to use!

we only have two kinds of sea salt here (fine and coarse) and it was a friend from Danmark who introduced me to all the different varieties and textures of sea salt - on focaccia or salads, they do make a difference!
