Mélanger au mixer 100 grs de beurre mou (pas fondu) + 60 grs de sucre + 2 jaunes d'oeuf.
Ajouter ensuite 1 pincée de sel + 185 grs farine.
Laisser reposer la pâte obtenue pendant 20 min au réfrigérateur.
L'étaler sur env. 4 mm d'épaisseur puis découper à l'emporte pièce.
Badigeonner les biscuits avec du jaune d'oeuf puis attendre 5 min
puis les re-badigonner. Enfourner env. 12 min Th 6.
Offrer ou déguster !!
Mix with the electric mixer 100 grs of soft butter (not melted) + 60 grs of sugar + 2 egg yolks.
Then add 1 pinch of salt + 185 grs of flour.
Leave the paste in the fridge for 20 min. Spread it on 4 mm thickness then cut it with the punch.
Use a brush to cover the biscuits with some egg yolk then wait for 5 min and do it again.
Cook for 12 min Th 6. Offer or enjoy !!
