Jane's corner view - Valentine's day

This week the Jane's corner view is about "Valentine's day" ...

At home we don't really celebrate Valentine's day,
A la maison nous ne célébrons pas vraiment la Saint Valentin

I rather prefer the idea of little daily (or weekly ... or monthly) attentions
Je préfère plutôt l'idée de petites attentions quotidiennes (ou hebdomadaires ...ou mensuelles)



than a yearly celebration
plutôt qu'une célébration annuelle

Fiche cuisine n°3

in english :
2 table spoons of olive oil
1 zucchini
1 egg
100 grs of flour
15 cl of milk
some mint leaves (or some chive)

Peel and grate the zucchini, then press it into your hands to remove the water.
Mix the egg yolk with 1 table spoon of olive oil, the milk and then the flour.
Incorporate the zucchini. Beat the white part of the egg until stiff then add it to the mixture.
Finally add the mint leaves (or chive) cutted in small pieces.
Add salt & pepper and pour some paste (pancake size) into a pan with 1 table spoon of olive oil.
Cook 2/3 minutes on each side and it is ready !!

Dimanche

-5°C ce matin mais le soleil est enfin là ...

prendre quelques bouts de pain pour les canards,
quelques noisettes pour les écureuils,

puis filer au parc Łazienki ...

to take some bread for the ducks,
some hazelnuts for the squirrels,
then to go towards the Łazienki park ...

Il vient de finir son nouvel album, moins bruyant et plus aéré que les précédents selon ses termes.

I don't really have a favorite actor,

but I was touched by Emile Hirsch in the movie called "Into the wild"
